Who can apply?
The tender is addressed to economic operators, among which are:
- micro, small, medium and large enterprises,
- individual entrepreneurs (s.p.),
- cooperatives engaged in economic activity and having the right to install the system on the object (they are owners, co-owners or tenants). Applicants must have all tax and other obligations settled, must not be in insolvency proceedings and must not exceed the de minimis aid limits.
What is the subject of the tender?
The subject of the call is: co-financing of the new electricity storage facility (HEE), including its installation and connection to the energy systemof the enterprise.
The costs incurred are eligible after 1. 1. 2025, namely:
- purchase of a battery energy storage system (HEE) and a hybrid inverter,
- the cost of electrical installations and equipment,
- construction and handicraft work related to the installation.
VAT is not an eligible expense. The device must be new, purchased on market terms from an unrelated third party.
What is the amount of the grant?
- Up to 45%the eligible investment costs recognised,
- but not more than 225.00 EUR/kWhcapacity of the storage tank.
Co-financing is carried out according to the scheme de minimis, which means that the total amount of aid over the last three financial years may not exceed 300.000 EUROSfor a single company.

- increased utilisation of own RES installations (e.g. solar power plants),
- flexible response to market electricity prices,

- Deadline for submission:Applications are issued from 22. 7. 2025 at 10 a.m. until closing is announced.
- Electronic broadcast:through the Borzen app with a digital certificate.
- Proofs: Invoice, proof of payment, consent to connect, technical documentation HEE, contract of use of the system, declarations (GDPR, DNSH, de minimis).
- Pre-submission performance:The HEE must already be connected and registered in fixed assets before submitting the application.
- Obligation to retain the system:The system must remain in the ownership of the recipient for at least 3 years after the payment of the incentive.
